And as usual, Charlie was highly intrigued by the text. Peter had been acting a bit off the past few days and it had Charlie worried so an opportunity to talk to him outside the house was one she was taking. Happily.

She dressed comfortably enough. A pair of jeans that she'd purchased with Pepper which meant they fit her almost perfectly. A pair of casual shoes she probably only just took out of the box within the past day or so and an off-white slightly off the shoulder top. Her hair was down which was rare, but he'd said comfortable and Charlie could only put up with her hair tied back for so long before even she started messing with it.

When she got to the front door and saw Peter, she stopped and smiled softly. "You look nice."

Really, he did. She wasn't quite used to this. She could get used to it, though.
